We're a small, independent team of scientists and engineers in Cambridge, and we've been doing this for twenty years. Between us, we cover physics, engineering, research and development, product development, manufacturing, marketing and human resources, with backgrounds in academia, industry, consultancy and the civil service.
Our wide range of skills and experience let us tackle complex problems for our clients, and as a small team, we can often move faster and provide better value than bigger companies.

Each year we give a share of our profits to charity, and everyone nominates where their share goes, so it spreads across a lot of causes.
Previously people have nominated small local charities like EACH and Jimmy's to receive their donations, as well as larger ones such as Shelter and British Heart Foundation.
