Behind the Scenes
The Challenge
DfT found it hard to contract suppliers individually to help solve their problems. It was difficult to find the right people and get the right skills on the job quickly and efficiently.
What We Did
We’ve been able to get involved in a number of particularly challenging projects, drawing on expertise from across the business. In many cases, we've been able to solve difficult problems at pace and within tight budgets, with the agility of a small, highly technical team allowing us to move quickly without sacrificing quality. We also work with partners across the consortium, drawing on their expertise where needed, and adding significant value in areas where our skills are the right tool for the job.
The Outcome
We have been told that the framework is enabling DfT to tackle a much greater volume of work than was possible through their incumbent internal Government provider.
